POSTAGE & TRACKING
I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WHAT NOW?
- If your address is incorrect, and delivered to a different address:
we are not liable or obligated to replace the order.
- If the address is incorrect and returned to the warehouse:
there will be an $8 repacking fee and $16 reposting fee. your order will not be resent until the original order has been received the fee’s have been paid.
I have placed an order, when will it be sent?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note:
Our operating times are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
We DO NOT process orders on weekends OR public holidays.
Please refer to Christmas and Easter closure dates.
Where is my tracking?
Your tracking will be updated after 12pm AEST, Monday – Friday.

Delivery is taking longer than expected... why?
There may be a disruption that impedes the ability of Australia Post to deliver on time.

If product is not received after 10 days of the final date of the estimated shipping time, we will endeavour to rectify with Australia Post.
If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have to wait for the order to arrive.
If your order is deemed “lost in transit” by Australia Post you will be eligible for a replacement.

What is Damiana (Turnera diffusa):
Turnera diffusa, known as damiana, is a shrub native to southern Texas in the United States, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. It belongs to the family Passifloraceae. Damiana is a relatively small, woody shrub that produces small, aromatic flowers. It blossoms in early to late summer and is followed by fruits that taste similar to figs. The shrub is said to have a strong spice-like odor somewhat like chamomile, due to the aromatic compounds present in the plant.

Unfortunately we do not offer free product samples on request.
From time to time we may send out new product samples with orders but this cannot be guaranteed.
Our smallest size is 3g which is a great size if your wanting to sample a product.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, no, we do not offer refunds. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will organise for the product to be returned. If we deem the product to be unsatisfactory and not to the standard advertised we will replace your order.
I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
Upon Receipt of your order, if you find that you have ordered the wrong product from our website; Then you may return the item(s) to us unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: the cost postage fee’s of both the return and new postage will be at the cost of the customer.
Prior to shipping any product back to us for the purposes of return you must receive written advice from us.
Please ensure that you only return products to us that you have purchased from us and also be aware that every product supplied by us is able to be identified by unique identifiers used by us prior to shipping our products to you.
We will not warrant any part that was purchased anywhere else other than MAD Herbal Tea and only by the original purchaser of the product itself.
OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Staff reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive, irrational, or continually harass or heckle staff via, (but not limited to) email, sms, phone call etc.
If a staff member feels threatened or unfairly mistreated:
- Your order will not be dispatched
- Your (undispatched order) payment will be refunded
- Future order attempts will be declined.
